The Conference MEDPOWER 2018

At the MEDPOWER 2018 (Mediterranean Conference on Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Energy Conversion) that was held from 12 to 15 November 2018 in Cavtat, Prof. Dr. Nermin Suljanović presented his paper entitled "Balancing Services Business Use Case Development for TSO-DSO Interoperability Demonstration". Besides Prof. Suljanović and Mag. Andrej Souvent from EIMV, the authors of the paper are Hugo Morais, Belén Goncer, Jérôme Cantenot, Eric Lambert from EDF Lab, Gareth Taylor, Brunel University London.

 The paper is the result of Horizon 2020 TDX-ASSIST project work and describes the case analysis of use on various levels of abstraction, i.e. to consider and explore the emerging challenges in the collaboration between TSO and DSO for various activities and time frames, i.e. from the operation of the electric power system to long-term planning.
