EIMV – people who co-create the future of the energy sector

On 30 September 2025, the experts from the Milan Vidmar Electric Power Research Institute attended the E/Z/S: Energetika / Zaposlovanje / Stroka (Energy / Employment / Expertise) event, organised by the Slovenian Energy Chamber and aimed at connecting energy, employment, and professional development of personnel, as well as finding answers to the question of how to ensure sufficient knowledge, motivation, and people for the future of the energy transition.

Participation in the event is part of our renewed efforts to develop human resources potential in the energy sector and is another step in our commitment to becoming an active co-creator of the future of human resources – not only for EIMV, but also for the entire Slovenian energy sector.

We are aware of the importance of technology, research, and innovation – but it is people who give them their true power. At EIMV, we strive to create an environment where young professionals have the opportunity to show their courage and ideas, and experienced colleagues have the space to transfer knowledge and provide mentorship. We believe that only through cooperation between generations and fields can we build a resilient, connected, and advanced energy sector.
