"Znanstival" (Scifestival) and Danilo Lokar Elementary School

We were visited by the Danilo Lokar Elementary School students from Ajdovščina today. We presented our institute within the scope of their school activity named "Znanstival". We presented the dangers of lightning, how to protect ourselves against lightning and how we monitor lightnings with SCALAR system. We discussed the importance of electricity at the High Voltage Laboratory. At the end they attended a high voltage test.

 Science is educational and can also be a lot of fun.
